目的:研究紫背金盘Ajuga nipponensis Makino的化学成分。方法:利用反复硅胶柱色谱法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:棕榈酸(1)、痢止蒿甲素(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、金合欢素(4)、芹菜素(5)、大籽筋骨草素B(6)、熊果酸(7)、β-蜕皮激素(8)和8-乙酰基哈帕苷(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)。结论:其中,化合物1~7和10为首次从紫背金盘中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Ajuga nipponensis Makino. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis. Results: Ten compounds were isolated and identified as palmitic acid (1), dysentery artemether (2), β-sitosterol (3), acacetin (4), apigenin (6), ursolic acid (7), beta-ecdysone (8) and 8-acetylharpacoside (9) and daucosterol (10). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1 ~ 7 and 10 were isolated from purple-backed gold plates for the first time.
