网改后的农村千家万户用电由乡站直接抄表、开票、收费到户.鉴于乡站人员少、工作量大的现实,巢湖市钓鱼乡电力管理站从1999年元月起,正式推行定点、定期座收电费新办法,从而取得了明显成效.电费回收率100%,1～8月份应收电费108万多元如数收齐.
After the network reform, thousands of households in rural areas use electricity to directly read the meter, invoice, and collect fees from the township station. Given the fact that there are few people in the township station and the workload is large, the fishing power station in Chaohu City has officially started from January 1999. The implementation of new methods for fixed-point and regular-seat electricity charges has achieved significant results. The electricity tariff recovery rate is 100%, and the 1.85 million yuan electricity bill received from January to August was collected in full.
