Lipocalin型前列腺素D合成酶 (L PGDS)在男性生殖系统中广泛表达 ,且表达程度与男性生殖器官的发育成熟有关。附睾中L PGDS的合成可能受睾酮和睾丸因子的调节 ,而局部生殖细胞对睾丸L PGDS的表达亦起一定作用。男性生殖系统中的L PGDS为一种多形性的糖蛋白 ,可催化精浆中PGD2 的产生。L PGDS为一种生育相关蛋白 ,且与类视色素的运输和跨越血 睾屏障或血 附睾屏障的物质转运有关 ;PGD2 不仅与精子在女性生殖道中运行有关 ,亦可能与免疫性不育有关。人睾丸L PGDS的体外克隆和表达的研究 ,对进一步探索L PGDS在男性生殖系统的作用是十分重要的
Lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthase (L PGDS) is widely expressed in the male reproductive system and its expression is related to the development of male reproductive organs. The synthesis of L PGDS in the epididymis may be regulated by testosterone and testicular factors, while local germ cells also play a role in the testicular L PGDS expression. L PGDS in the male reproductive system is a pleomorphic glycoprotein that catalyzes the production of PGD2 in seminal plasma. L PGDS is a fertility-associated protein that is involved in the transport of retinoids and the transport of substances across the blood-testis barrier or blood epididymal barrier. PGD2 is not only involved in spermatozoa’s functioning in the female reproductive tract, but may also be involved in immune sterility. The study on the cloning and expression of human testicular L PGDS in vitro is of great importance to further explore the role of L PGDS in the male reproductive system
