知识经济时代图书馆的地位更加重要,对图书馆员也提出了新的要求,搞好图书馆人力资源管理势在必行。文章分析了图书馆人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题,提出了图书馆人力资源管理以人为本,引入竞争机制、激励机制的新理念。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, the status of the library is even more important. It also poses new requirements for librarians. It is imperative to do a good job in human resources management in the library. This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of human resources management in libraries and puts forward a new idea of human resources management of human resources in libraries and introducing competitive mechanism and incentive mechanism.
