近日,由北京大学第三医院教授乔杰、北京大学生物动态光学成像中心教授汤富酬和谢晓亮所领导的3个研究小组,共同完成了对单个卵细胞的高精度全基因组测序。成果发表在国际著名学术期刊《细胞》上。2012年,谢晓亮课题组实现了对单个细胞全基因组的高精度测序,随后该技术被应用到多项研究中。数据显示,我国每年约有20万不孕不育夫妇需要辅助生殖技术的帮助,但抱婴率并不理想。体外受精技术(IVF)是辅助生命个体在体外从单个细胞开始发育的技术,因此单个卵细胞的全基因组测序是辅助生殖领域的研究人员梦寐以求的研究课题。而这项工作实现了该领域的一项重大飞跃。
Recently, three research groups led by Professor Qiao Jie, Peking University Third Hospital professor and Professor Tang Fu-jing and Xie Xiaoliang from the Center for Bio-dynamic Optical Imaging of Peking University completed high-precision whole-genome sequencing of single egg cells. Results published in the international well-known academic journal “cell”. In 2012, Xie Xiaoliang’s team achieved high-precision sequencing of the entire genome of a single cell, and the technique was subsequently applied in several studies. Data show that each year about 200,000 infertile couples in China need assisted reproductive technology to help, but the rate is not ideal. In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a technique that assists individuals to develop in vitro from a single cell. Therefore, genome-wide sequencing of individual egg cells is a coveted research topic for researchers in the field of assisted reproduction. This is a major leap forward in this area.
