我国校园足球教练员网络远程培训是一个新兴的研究领域,目前还未有完整的理论构架和体系。本研究以系统论、泛在学习理论、课程设计理论、MOOC理论为基础,运用理论与实证相结合、定性与定量相结合、抽象与具体相结合、规范与统一相结合的分析方法,结合文献资料、专家访谈、专家评价、数理统计、程序设计、逻辑分析等研究方法,在确证我国学校足球教练员的专业知识结构的基础上对我国校园足球教练员网络远程培训系统的构建进行了构想。研究认为:1)在传统的“面授试”足球教练员岗位培训的基础上,利用网络媒介可实行跨地区、跨地域的远程网络培训方式;2)以系统论为指导,从系统构建的目的、原则、结构、功能与环境,对我国校园足球教练员网络远程平台设计进行了指导;3)我国校园足球教练员网络远程培训内容的知识结构体系由60个专业知识指标、8个专业知识领域、4个专业知识方向构成三级专业知识构成;4)根据网络远程培训的系统原则构想了我国校园足球教练员网络远程培训系统的模型。
The network training of campus football coaches in our country is an emerging field of research. At present, there is not a complete theoretical framework and system yet. Based on systematic theory, ubiquitous learning theory, curriculum design theory and MOOC theory, this research uses the combination of theory and evidence, the combination of qualitative and quantitative, the combination of abstract and concrete, the combination of normative and unification, Based on the verification of the professional knowledge structure of school football coaches in our country, this article has made some conceptions on how to construct the network long-distance training system of campus football coaches in China based on the research methods such as data, expert interviews, expert evaluation, mathematical statistics, program design and logic analysis. The research shows that: 1) On the basis of traditional “coach-in-football” job training of football coaches, we can make use of network media to carry out long-distance and cross-regional network training methods; 2) From system construction The purpose, principle, structure, function and environment of our college football coaches; 3) The knowledge structure system of network training contents of campus football coaches in our country consists of 60 professional knowledge indexes, 8 specialties 4) According to the system principle of remote network training, the model of network training system for campus football coaches in our country is conceived.
