波形钢板由于具有良好的属性,从19世纪20年代便开始在实际工程中广泛应用。近20年内,波形钢板在钢腹板和组合桥中应用得越来越多。当桥梁采用逐步架设时,薄钢腹板可能发生屈曲。基于前期试验,建立数值模型。进行数值分析,确定梁在小片荷载作用下的承载力,并确定和研究影响承载力和结构性能的几何参数。文献中的设计公式是基于桥梁结构归纳出的,根据试验及数值分析结果对其进行改进。
Due to its good properties, corrugated steel sheet has been widely used in practical engineering since the 1920s. In the recent 20 years, corrugated steel sheets have been used more and more in steel webs and composite bridges. When the bridge is gradually erected, the web may buckle. Based on the previous experiments, a numerical model was established. The numerical analysis is carried out to determine the bearing capacity of the beam under the action of small plates and to determine and study the geometric parameters that affect the bearing capacity and structural performance. The design formula in the literature is based on the bridge structure, which is improved according to the experimental and numerical analysis results.
