目的:研究丹参-藜芦配伍后藜芦总生物碱和丹参主要化学成分的变化。方法:采用HPLC法和电位滴定法测定提取液中丹参有效成分原儿茶酸、原儿茶醛及藜芦总生物碱的含量变化,比较配伍前后二者的影响。结果:配伍后原儿茶酸含量提高了25%,原儿茶醛含量提高了21%;藜芦总生物碱提高了5倍多。结论:为丹参反黎芦进一步提供了理论依据。
Objective: To study the main chemical constituents of total alkaloid and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae combined with. Methods: The contents of protocatechuic acid, protocatechuic aldehyde and total alkaloid of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae were determined by HPLC and potentiometric titration. The effects of both before and after compatibility were compared. Results: The content of protocatechuic acid increased by 25% and the content of protocatechuic aldehyde increased by 21%. The total alkaloid of veratridine increased more than 5 times. Conclusion: This study provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.
