为了解砷对记忆力的影响，用Ａｓ２Ｏ３配成不同浓度的饮用水，分为低、中和高毒组，按７天、４５天和９０天不同的染毒时间，分别给予大白鼠，对照组喂自来水。实验期满，用双盒电击快速测定法对各组染毒前后二次入盒平均时间进行比较。结果显示，实验组与对照组比较，时间有差异，组间差异显著，并出现亚急性反应体征。由此可见，砷对大白鼠的记忆力产生一定影响，对其行为也产生作用
