通过简便的方法制备了五种不同N/Pd摩尔比的聚r—(甘一苏二肤基)丙基硅氧烷钯催化剂。结构表征指出,这类高分子催化剂的活性中心可能是氨基酸的羧基和PdCl_2配位,对几种底物的起始加氢速度表明,标题催化剂有很好的催化活性,当N/Pd摩尔比为15.1时,常温常压下对丙烯腈的起始加氢速度达593.mlH_2/min’mmolPd,在极性有机溶剂中的催化活性要比在非极性溶剂中大。
Five different r- (glycero-threo-dodecyl) propylsiloxane palladium catalysts were prepared by a simple method. The structural characterization indicates that the active sites of these kinds of macromolecule catalysts may be the coordination of amino groups with PdCl 2. The initial hydrogenation rate of several substrates indicates that the title catalyst has good catalytic activity. When the N / Pd molar ratio Is 15.1, the initial hydrogenation rate of acrylonitrile is 593.mlH 2 / min’mmolPd at room temperature and normal pressure, and the catalytic activity in polar organic solvent is larger than that in non-polar solvent.
