本文通过对制氢炉炉管HK40泄露失效的宏观和微观分析,得出该炉管的失效主要是由H2S和Cl-应力腐蚀造成的,并对防止这类失效提出了建议。
In this paper, through macroscopic and microscopic analysis of the leakage failure of hydrogen furnace tube HK40, it is concluded that the failure of this tube is mainly caused by H2S and Cl-stress corrosion, and some suggestions to prevent such failure are proposed.
