在水电工程建设过程中,需解决一系列工程项目方案比较和主要参数方案选择的问题。目前采用的技术经济比较方法和多目标决策方法,均难以充分反映水电工程建设的多目标、多功能和多结构的特征,这就影响了决策的科学性。本文使用应用数学和现代管理科学的有关理论与方法,并借助计算机技术、提出了解决这一类决策问题的通用方法,并编制出计算机程序设计通用软件。该方法已在较多工程实践应用中被证明为模型结构简明、操作方便、提供决策信息量充足、且具较大实用性能。
In the hydropower project construction process, it is necessary to solve a series of construction project comparison and selection of the main parameters of the program. The current comparative technical and economic methods and multi-objective decision-making methods can not fully reflect the multi-objective, multi-functional and multi-structural characteristics of hydropower projects, which affects the scientific decision-making. This paper uses the relevant theories and methods of applied mathematics and modern management science, and with the help of computer technology, presents a general method to solve this kind of decision-making problem and compiles the general software of computer program design. The method has been proved in many engineering practice applications that the model structure is concise, the operation is convenient, the decision-making information quantity is sufficient, and the utility model has great practical performance.
