文献报道白叶藤(Cryptolepis sanguinolenta)根水提取物对治疗疟疾和泌尿生殖器感染有效,但其抗疟活性成分至今尚未明确证实。本研究的目的是确定从白叶藤提取的白叶藤碱和异白叶藤碱是否具有抑制疟原虫生长的作用。 实验用药由Mampong-Akwapim植物医学科学研究中心采集提供。取该植物60g干燥根,碾末经脱酯后,以乙醇、乙酸等分离提纯,得到白叶藤碱和异白叶藤碱。 实验选用氯喹敏感株F32/Tanzania和
