Objective To understand the prevalence of hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg), hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) in women of childbearing age in our country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan) Antibody to HBsAg, Anti-HBs, HBeAg and Anti-HBe. Methods Serum epidemiological analysis method was used to collect 4ml venous blood from 160 patients in 160 countries in 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) randomly from 1 to 59 years old in multiple stages. HBsAg and Anti- HBs. HBsAg-positive were further detected by HBeAg and Anti-HBe; 15 to 49-year-old women of childbearing age HBsAg and HBeAg epidemic situation analysis. Results After weight adjustment, the prevalence of HBsAg in Chinese women of childbearing age was 6.61% and the prevalence of Anti-HBs was 47.33%. Among HBsAg positive women of childbearing age, the prevalence of HBeAg was 23.51% and the prevalence of Anti-HBe was 75.54%. The prevalence of HBsAg in women of childbearing age was not significantly different among regions, towns and villages, ethnic groups and educational level. However, the prevalence of HBsAg in women of childbearing age in 20-24 and 30-34 years old was slightly higher than that of women of childbearing age Total HBsAg prevalence. Conclusions At the present stage of our country, the prevalence of HBsAg in women of childbearing age is 6.61%, slightly lower than the national average. 23.51% of HBsAg-positive women were HBsAg and HBeAg-positive.
