7月12～14日,“2012年民政论坛”分别在广东省深圳市、汕头市召开。民政部部长李立国出席论坛开幕式并致辞,民政部副部长罗平飞主持开幕式。民政部副部长姜力出席开幕式并宣读2012年民政政策理论研究获奖论文名单。民政部副部长窦玉沛、孙绍骋出席开幕式。此次论坛分“实务研讨”和“理论研讨”两个阶段。7月14日,民政论坛转场汕头接续召开,窦玉沛副部长出席汕头民政论坛并讲话。本届论坛是在“十二五”进入关键节点,民政系统深入学习、贯彻落实第十三次全国民政会议精神的新形势下召开的。此次论坛规模大、形式新、成效好,对于促进民政事业科学发展,具有十分重要的意义。
July 12 ~ 14, “2012 Civil Administration Forum” were held in Shantou City, Guangdong Province, respectively. Ministry of Civil Affairs Minister Li Liguo attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech, Vice Minister of Civil Affairs Luo Pingfei presided over the opening ceremony. Deputy Minister of Civil Affairs Jiang Li attended the opening ceremony and read out the 2012 list of winners of the civil policy theoretical research. Vice Minister of Civil Affairs Dou Yupei, Sun Shao-cheng attended the opening ceremony. The forum points to “substantive research” and “theoretical discussion” two stages. On July 14, the transition of Civil Affairs Forum held in Shantou was held. Vice Foreign Minister Dou Yupei attended the Shantou Civil Affairs Forum and delivered a speech. This forum is held under the new situation of “Twelve-Five” entering the key node, in-depth study by the civil administration system, and in implementing the spirit of the 13th National Civil Affairs Conference. The forum is large-scale, new in form and effective and has great significance for promoting the scientific development of civil affairs.
