提出一种基于压电智能骨料的混凝土强度监测方法。将压电智能骨料传感器成对埋置于混凝土梁内部,对28d内各目标龄期进行信号监测试验与立方体强度抗压试验。试验结果表明,智能骨料监测信号能量值随龄期的衰减与混凝土强度随龄期的增加基本同步,说明智能骨料监测信号能量的变化趋势能很好地揭示强度发展趋势,可用于混凝土结构强度监测。对试验数据作进一步处理得到监测信号能量比与混凝土强度百分比,二者呈良好的线性关系。
A method of monitoring concrete strength based on piezoelectric smart aggregate is proposed. Piezoelectric smart aggregate sensors were embedded in the concrete beams in pairs, and the signal monitoring test and cubic strength compressive test of each target age within 28 days were carried out. The experimental results show that the energy value of intelligent aggregate monitoring signal decreases with age and the strength of concrete increases basically with the increase of age, indicating that the change trend of intelligent aggregate monitoring signal energy can well reveal the trend of strength development and can be used in concrete structures Intensity monitoring. The experimental data for further processing to get the signal energy ratio of monitoring and concrete strength percentage, the two showed a good linear relationship.
