目的:观察厚朴丸方中单味药木香CO2超临界萃取物的止泻、镇痛和利胆的作用,并进行小鼠急性毒性试验。方法:番泻叶致小鼠腹泻模型、冰乙酸致小鼠扭体疼痛模型、大鼠胆汁分泌实验;并以灌胃和腹腔注射两种给药途径观察小鼠半数致死量(LD50)。结果:木香萃取物有止泻、镇痛、增加胆汁分泌的作用,起效剂量0.15g/kg~0.6g/kg;灌胃给药LD50为5.87g/kg(95%可信限为5.21g/kg~6.61g/kg),腹腔注射LD50为0.29g/kg(95%可信限为0.28g/kg~0.31g/kg)。结论:厚朴丸方中的单味药木香有止泻、镇痛和利胆作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the antidiarrheal, analgesic, and gallbladder effects of CO2 supercritical fluid extract of Magnolia officinalis var. METHODS: Senna-induced mouse diarrhea model, acetic acid-induced mouse writhing pain model, and rat bile secretion assay; and the mice were administered intragastrically and intraperitoneally to observe the LD50. RESULTS: There was diarrhea, analgesia, and increased bile secretion in the woody root extract. The effective dose was 0.15g/kg to 0.6g/kg. The LD50 was 5.87g/kg after intragastric administration (95% confidence limit was 5.21). g/kg ~ 6.61g/kg), intraperitoneal injection of LD50 0.29g/kg (95% confidence limit of 0.28g/kg ~ 0.31g/kg). Conclusion: Single woody notes of Houpu Wanfang have antidiarrheal, analgesic and choleretic effects.
