现在很多中小学生体质下降,既有“小胖墩”,又有“豆芽菜”,大多是缺少锻炼的缘故。孩子平时学习紧张,课业负担重,没有时间锻炼。那么,何不利用暑假这个时机,好好地补一补健身课,让孩子放松身体,拥有良好的精神状态!这在一定程度上还能释放压力,提升快乐指数。同时,还可以通过健身锻炼,提高孩子的自觉锻炼意识,让孩子有一个健康的体魄,并形成一个自觉参加健身锻炼的好习惯。
