1995年日本东亚公司(TOA)开发了世界上第一台全自动尿有形成分分析仪,商品名为Sysmex UF-100.此分析仪利用流式细胞术原理,对未离心尿中有形成分的DNA、细胞膜进行染色,然后测量细胞的前向散射光和前向荧光两种参数,应用多参数算术法则进行直接计算和分析,可识别和计数尿中红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞、管型及细菌等5种有形成分的量.已证明UF-100分析结果的重复性、准确性均较传统方法好.该仪器主要特点是能全自动分析尿液标本,速度快(约100份/h),无需离心;能筛选出需做显微镜检查的标本;能提供显微镜检查不能获得的信息,如红细胞形态:
In 1995, Japan East Asia Corporation (TOA) developed the world’s first fully automatic urine sediment analyzer, which is called Sysmex UF-100. This analyzer utilizes the principle of flow cytometry to form components in non-centrifuged urine. The DNA and cell membranes are stained, and then the two parameters of the forward scattered light and the forward fluorescence of the cells are measured. The multi-parameter arithmetic is used for direct calculation and analysis, and the erythrocytes, white blood cells, epithelial cells, and casts in the urine can be identified and counted. There are five kinds of bacteria, such as the amount of component points. It has been proved that the UF-100 analysis results have better repeatability and accuracy than the traditional method. The main feature of this instrument is the ability to fully analyze urine specimens, and the speed is fast (about 100 copies/h ), without centrifugation; can screen out specimens that require microscopic examination; can provide information that cannot be obtained by microscopy, such as red blood cell morphology:
