目的研究熏倒牛Biebersteinia heterostemon全草的化学成分。方法采用色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据并参考文献鉴定其化学成分结构。结果从熏倒牛95%乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位分离得到10个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为香叶木苷(1)、芹菜素-7-O-芦丁糖苷(2)、金圣草黄素-7-O-槐糖苷(3)、木犀草素-7-O-芸香糖苷(4)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、芹黄素7-O-槐糖苷(6)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、6-hydroxyluteolin(8)、木犀草苷(9)、海波拉亭-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)。结论化合物1、3、5~8、10为首次从熏倒牛中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the whole grass of Biebersteinia heterostemon. Methods The chromatographic technique was used to separate and purify the compounds. The chemical constituents were identified according to spectral data and references. Results Ten flavonoids were isolated from n-butanol extract of 95% ethanol extract of fumigated cattle and identified as eugenin (1), apigenin-7-O-rutinoside (2) (3), luteolin-7-O-rutinoside (4), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl β-D-glucopyranoside (5), apigenin 7-O-sophoroglycoside (6), quercetin -3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7) ), Luteolin (9), Hyperboramin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (10). Conclusions Compounds 1, 3, 5 ~ 8, 10 were isolated from smoked cow for the first time.
