The Karamay Group conglomerate reservoir in the Central Central Plains of Karamay Oilfield has been in development for more than 50 years and is now in a middle and high water cut period with a low recovery rate. The present oil saturation was analyzed by NMR and the relationship between pore radius and transverse relaxation time was established. The distribution of remaining oil in the microscopic pores was quantitatively analyzed, and the measures to increase oil recovery were also determined. The experimental results show that the remaining oil is mainly distributed in small and medium-sized pores, of which the available oil reserves account for 38% of the current remaining oil reserves. The experimental results have certain reference significance for formulating the remaining oil tapping measures.
