目的了解徐州市三甲医院住院患者就餐现状,从而为医院提高临床营养管理水平提供科学依据。方法对徐州市6家三甲医院的753例住院患者进行问卷调查,并根据我国关于三级甲等医院的相关指标进行研究。结果调查对象中43.30%在医院就餐,56.70%不在医院就餐。88.09%的患者有陪护人员,无陪护的占11.91%(不包括产科病房)。单因素卡方分析,年龄组、性别、是否为徐州本地人的就餐率差异有统计学意义(χ2值依次为19.901,4.000,6.998,P<0.05),不同文化程度、籍贯、经济状况的就餐率差异无统计学意义(χ2值依次为5.385,4.759,4.883,P>0.05)。结论徐州市三甲医院住院患者的就餐率比较低,医院应当重视住院患者膳食问题并进行改进。
Objective To understand the current situation of inpatients dining in the top three hospitals in Xuzhou and to provide a scientific basis for the hospital to improve clinical nutrition management. Methods A total of 753 inpatients in 6 top three hospitals in Xuzhou City were investigated by questionnaire, and the related indexes of Grade A Hospitals in China were studied. 43.30% of the respondents in the hospital dining, 56.70% did not eat in the hospital. 88.09% of patients were accompanied by caregivers, accounting for 11.91% without accompanying care (excluding maternity ward). One-way chi-square analysis, age group, sex, whether Xuzhou locals dining rate differences were statistically significant (χ2 values were 19.901,4.000,6.998, P <0.05), of different education levels, origin, economic conditions Rate difference was not statistically significant (χ2 values were 5.385,4.759,4.883, P> 0.05). Conclusion The rate of eating inpatients in the top three hospitals in Xuzhou is relatively low. The hospital should pay attention to the dietary problems in inpatients and improve it.
