本文强调在全面依法治国的大背景下,为了减少医疗纠纷的发生,尤其是减少未来医患纠纷,当务之急是提高临床医学生的法律素养。因此,对临床医学生卫生法教学存在的问题和实效性作了尝试性性探讨,以调动临床医学生学习兴趣,增加感性认识,提高教学效果。
This article emphasizes that in order to reduce the occurrence of medical disputes and reduce the disputes between doctors and patients in future, under the general background of administering the country by law in a comprehensive manner, it is imperative to improve the legal literacy of clinical students. Therefore, this paper makes a tentative discussion on the existing problems and effectiveness of clinical medical students’ health law teaching so as to arouse the interest of clinical students in learning, enhance the perceptual awareness and improve the teaching effect.
