混凝土烟囱采用滑模工艺施工已较普遍,但在烟囱上口直径较小时,一般多采用砖砌的方法施工。这样做,施工难度大,工程周期长。上海市第七建筑工程公司勇于改革旧工艺,在一上口只有2.8米、高60米的钢筋混凝土烟囱工程中首次采用滑砌结合施工工艺,即结构外壁滑升模板,内壁以砖衬替代内模,边砌筑边滑升,取得较好的经济效益。该工艺虽不尽成熟,尚可供借鉴,是以介绍。
It is common for concrete chimneys to be constructed using sliding mode technology. However, when the diameter of the upper chimney is small, brickwork is often used. In doing so, construction is difficult and the project period is long. Shanghai Seventh Construction & Engineering Co., Ltd. has the courage to reform the old process. For the first time in a reinforced concrete chimney project with a height of only 2.8 meters and a height of 60 meters, a sliding joint construction process is adopted, that is, the structural outer wall sliding formwork, and the inner wall is replaced by a brick lining. Modality, sliding along the edge of the masonry, to achieve better economic benefits. Although the technology is not mature enough, it can be used for reference.
