以P123、F127作为模板剂,间苯二酚-甲醛为碳前驱体,利用水热合成技术制备了蠕虫状结构的块状无裂纹介孔炭。采用TG、FT-IR、TEM、N2吸附-脱附和元素分析等方法对介孔炭材料的结构进行了表征,分别研究了模板剂用量、模板剂种类对介孔炭结构的影响。结果表明:以F127和P123为模板剂制备的介孔炭均为蠕虫状结构。模板剂用量增加,介孔炭比表面积、孔径和孔容变大,但微孔的比表面积有所下降。模板剂种类不同,比表面积、微孔比表面积、孔容相差不
Using P123 and F127 as templates and resorcinol-formaldehyde as carbon precursor, the worm-like massive uncracked mesoporous carbon was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. The structure of mesoporous carbon was characterized by TG, FT-IR, TEM, N2 adsorption-desorption and elemental analysis. The effects of the amount of template and the type of template on the structure of mesoporous carbon were investigated. The results showed that the mesoporous carbons prepared by using F127 and P123 as templating agents all had worm-like structure. The amount of template agent increased, the specific surface area of mesoporous carbon, pore size and pore volume increased, but the specific surface area of micropores decreased.
