目的了解中学高年级学生的视力情况,探讨近视眼形成的客观原因及发病机制,及时反馈相关信息,正确引导学生合理用眼,预防近视眼的发生和发展。方法利用高考体检集中检查的时机,统一使用盒式标准对数视力表,常规检查5 m距离裸眼视力,以普查形式对全市14个县(区)28所中学的所有高考学生进行视力检查并给予视力矫正。对视力不良的学生按屈光度数的不同程度分类整理。结果全市26400名高考学生视力不良者22821名(86.44%)。其中低度近视眼12674人(55.54%);中度近视眼8951人(39.22%);高度近视眼1196人(5.24%)。结论长时间近距离学习、视觉环境不良、睡眠时间不足、缺乏体育锻炼和不良用眼习惯等原因是造成近视眼发生与发展的重要因素,减轻学习负担和科学合理用眼是防治近视的关键措施。
Objective To understand the visual acuity of high school students in middle school, to explore the objective causes and pathogenesis of myopia formation, timely feedback of relevant information, and properly guide students to use their eyes properly to prevent the occurrence and development of myopia. Methods Taking the opportunity of the central examination of the college entrance examination, the box-type standard logarithmic visual acuity table was used uniformly to check the uncorrected visual acuity of 5 m from routine examination. All university entrance exams of 28 middle schools in 14 counties (districts) of the city were visually checked and given Vision correction. For poor eyesight students according to the degree of diopter classification of different degrees. Results The city’s 26,400 college students were visually impaired 22,821 (86.44%). Conclusion Long-term close learning, poor visual environment, lack of sleep time, lack of physical exercise and bad eye habits are the important factors that cause the occurrence and development of myopia. Reducing the study burden and using scientific and reasonable eye are the key measures to prevent myopia .
