传统热镀锌理论主要研究沸腾钢热镀锌,但制造送电铁塔很少使用沸腾钢,绝大多数用镇静钢,而且要求必须用热镀锌防腐,所以,研究镇静钢热镀锌是铁塔制造行业迫切需要的课题。笔者1984年曾用沸腾钢A3F和镇静钢A3作过对比试验,两种钢材试样同时在八种温度三种浸锌时间下浸镀,然后作金相分析,试验数据如下:
The traditional hot dip galvanizing theory mainly studies hot dip galvanizing of boiling steel, but it is seldom to use boiling steel to make the power transmission tower. Most of the hot dip galvanizing uses the killed steel, and requires that the galvanized steel be anticorrosive. Therefore, Manufacturing industry urgently needed issues. In 1984, the author used the boiled steel A3F and the killed steel A3 as the comparative test. The two steel samples were immersed in three kinds of temperature and three kinds of zinc immersion time at the same time, and then the metallographic analysis was made.
