实验证明增大化疗药物剂量可增加肿瘤的治疗反应,特别是对实体瘤的治疗作用已被确认.但大剂量抗癌药物并放射治疗所引起的不可逆转的骨髓(BM)损伤,必须随之采取骨髓移植(BMT,同基因、异基因或自体)才能重建造血功能.治疗后,在BM恢复之前的2-4周中,出血、感染的危险性增加,必须进行昂贵的支持治疗.为减低BMT的危险,可望使某些患者在疾病初期就能采用大剂量治疗而达治愈,本文报告了在化疗后血象上升的反跳期,采集外周血有核细胞与自身BM同时移植的结果.病例共分两组,即“单纯BM组”13例(HD7例,NHL4例,实体瘤2例
