多元素仪器中子活化分析已得到广泛的应用。但由于某些样品的基体十分复杂,大量的1/V核素产生的强放射性,对能峰分析带来困难。因此提出用超热中子活化的方法,选择活化那些共振积分高的核素,相对降低基体中1/V或共振积分低的核素的活性,从而改善分析条件。 本文结合所分析样品的具体特点,提出了对超热中子活化分析的一些评价,并讨论了这一方法的可应用
Multi-element instrument neutron activation analysis has been widely used. However, due to the complex matrix of some samples, the strong radioactivity generated by a large number of 1 / V radionuclides causes difficulties in energy peak analysis. Therefore, it is proposed to use the method of superheated neutron activation to selectively activate those nuclides with high resonance integrals, and to relatively reduce the activity of nuclides with a 1 / V or low resonance integral in the matrix so as to improve the analysis conditions. Based on the specific characteristics of the samples analyzed, this paper presents some evaluation of the activation of the neutron calorimeter, and discusses the application of this method
