本研究运用Whitesd■方法从人恶性黑色素瘤体中分离出肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(简称人恶黑TIL),观察了人恶黑TIL 在BALB/c 裸鼠体内抗人恶黑肿瘤肺转移及肿瘤结节形成效应。同时,对体外培养的人恶黑TIL 的特性及杀瘤效果进行了研究。结果表明,给BALB/c 裸鼠过继回(?)TIL能显著地抑制人恶性黑色素瘤的肺转移。皮下注射TIL 能显著地抑制皮下肿瘤结节形成,并使实验组裸鼠存活期延长。同时应用IL-2和环磷酰胺(CY)其抗瘤效果明显增加。
This study used the Whitesd■ method to isolate tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (human oligoclonal black TIL) from human malignant melanoma tumors and observed human malignant black TIL in BALB/c nude mice against malignant black lung metastases and tumor necrosis. Simultaneous use of IL-2 and cyclophosphamide (CY) significantly increased its anti-tumor effect.
