对浙江省金华市8所农村小学的调查研究表明:在市级和省级培训承担了大部分任务下,领雁工程培训农村骨干教师20%以上的目标已经实现;受训教师的教龄多在6~15年之间,领雁中男女教师的比例与被调查的教师整体中的性别比例大致对应;领雁工程对受训教师的影响总体比较有效,省级培训理论提升方面效果最好;在理论提升、实践能力提高、现代教育技术应用方面,三级培训间的效果存在显著差异;不同性别的领雁对培训效果的评价没有显著差异。建议各级领雁工程不仅要注重受训期内的培训效果,更应该注重受训教师的后续发展,训后强化和引领辐射紧密结合。
