通过分析钛合金薄壁滤筒的使用性能、结构特点和设计精度要求,实际生产制定的数控加工工艺要注意选取科学合理的切削刀具和切削用量,特别是在定位、装夹、找正等方面总结出的一些经验和注意事项,就能解决钛合金材料难切削性对薄壁滤筒造成的加工困难问题和钛合金加工过程中易产生毛刺问题。合理的数控加工工艺是保证钛合金薄壁滤筒加工精度的关键,同时也是大批量生产提高加工效率,缩短加工周期的关键。
