目的:探讨换血疗法治疗由巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染导致的新生儿高胆红素血症的治疗效果。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,收集2008-01-2014-12新生儿科收治的因CMV感染导致的56例高胆红素血症患儿的临床资料,全部患儿符合换血指征,比较换血前后患儿的CMV、血常规、生化指标变化及临床表现情况。结果:在实施换血术前后,56例患儿的总胆红素、直接胆红素、CMV-IgG和CMV-IgM、白细胞、血小板结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生化指标结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在采用换血疗法治疗由CMV感染导致的新生儿高胆红素血症时,可以迅速降低患儿的CMV-IgG和CMV-IgM及胆红素含量,维持机体内环境的稳定,为临床提供良好的治疗方法,值得推荐。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of transfusion therapy on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia caused by cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed to collect the clinical data of 56 cases of hyperbilirubinemia patients who were treated by CMV in neonates from January 2008 to December 2014.
