目的用体外实验探讨甘草对大鼠空肠黏膜P-糖蛋白(P-gp)的影响。方法雄性Wistar大鼠15只,分成5组,1组灌胃生理盐水,剩余4组分别灌胃4种浓度的甘草提取液,一周后用体外扩散池(Ussing chamber)评价各种药液对罗丹明123(R123)经空肠黏膜透过性的影响,将所得样品用荧光分光光度计检测R123的浓度,并分析各组表观渗透系数(Papp)差异。结果甘草能增强R123在空肠黏膜吸收方向的透过性,抑制分泌方向的透过性。结论甘草对P-gp的底物R123经空肠黏膜的透过性的影响,说明甘草对P-gp有一定的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of licorice root on P-glycoprotein (P-gp) of rat jejunum in vitro. Methods Fifteen male Wistar rats were divided into five groups. One group was given normal saline, and the other four groups were given gavage at four concentrations. One week later, Ussing chamber was used to evaluate the effects of various drugs Ming 123 (R123) through the jejunal mucosal permeability, the resulting samples were detected by fluorescence spectrophotometer R123 concentration, and analysis of the apparent differences in the permeability coefficient (Papp). Results Licorice can enhance the permeability of R123 in the absorption direction of the jejunum mucosa and inhibit the permeability in the secretion direction. Conclusion Glycyrrhiza on P-gp substrate R123 through the impact of the permeability of the jejunum mucosa, licorice on P-gp have a certain inhibitory effect.
