采用气路分析法诊断发动机气路部件故障。将数字仿真模型不仅作为研究手段而且作为一种诊断方法引入到故障诊断中。提出了通过调整发动机特性,用数字仿真模型模拟发动机故障,以及求解发动机性能变化的方法。探讨了影响故障诊断精度的各种因素并提出了改进措施。通过大量的仿真实验验证了所提出的这种方法是可行的。阐述了根据飞行记录数据推算发动机部件性能变化趋势的原理和方法。
Gas line analysis diagnoses engine air line component failure. The digital simulation model not only as a research tool but also as a diagnostic method to fault diagnosis. Proposed by adjusting the engine characteristics, the use of digital simulation model to simulate engine failure, as well as solving the engine performance changes. The various factors affecting the accuracy of fault diagnosis are discussed and the improvement measures are put forward. Through a large number of simulation experiments verify that the proposed method is feasible. The principle and method of calculating the change trend of engine components based on flight record data are described.
