目的:探讨实时三维超声表面成像联合透明成像技术对胎儿唇腭裂的诊断价值。方法:抽取2019年3月至2020年8月于郑州大学第三附属医院经产前超声检查发现并经产后(或引产)证实的唇腭裂胎儿72例,均接受二维超声、实时三维超声表面成像联合透明成像模式检查。回顾性分析其超声影像资料,统计两种模式下胎儿唇腭裂检出情况。结果:72例胎儿经产后或引产确认单侧唇裂17例,单侧唇裂合并腭裂51例,双侧唇裂合并腭裂4例。二维、实时三维超声胎儿单纯唇裂检出率均为100%(17/17),n P>0.05。二维超声胎儿唇裂并腭裂检出率为38.18%(21/55),唇腭裂总检出率为52.78%(38/72),低于实时三维超声相应值89.09%(49/55)、91.67%(66/72),差异有统计学意义(χn 2=30.80、27.14,n P0.05. The detection rate of fetal cleft lip and palate with two-dimensional ultrasound was 38.18% (21/55), and the total detection rate of cleft lip and palate was 52.78% (38/72), which were lower than the corresponding value of 89.09% (49/55), 91.67% (66/72) by real-time three-dimensional ultrasound, the differences were significant (χn 2=30.80, 27.14, n P<0.05).n Conclusions:Real-time three-dimensional ultrasound surface imaging combined with transparent imaging has a high detection rate for fetal cleft lip and palate, and it is worthy of promotion.
