我从1985年5月当工长以来,从西水源工地到师专数学楼;从造纸厂四栋住宅到糖厂,我们得了四项省优质工程,一项市优工程。这里,有公司、工程处领导的心血,有工人班组的汗水,也有管理上的因素,更有思想政治工作的威力。所以我说说做思想工作的体会。一、工人想的,就是思想政治工作应该做的工人每天想的事并不多,但是他们要是想不开,一半会儿也磨磨不出来,所以工人想的事就是我们应做的事。做工人的思想工作就是要针对工人想的去做。如工人们不怕活多,更不怕起早贪黑,就怕没活干。 Since May 1985, when I was a chief engineer, I have been educated from the Xiushuiyuan site to the maths building of the Teachers College. So I talk about the experience of doing ideological work. First, the workers think that ideological and political work should be done by workers who do not think much about things every day, but if they can not afford to go away for a long time, they will not grind out for half the time. So what the workers think is what we should do. The ideological work of a worker is to be done in response to what workers want. Such as workers are not afraid of live more afraid of dawn from morning till night, afraid not to work.
