行政事业单位的固定资产属性是非经营性国有资产,其运行管理的优劣决定着整个事业单位是否正常运作以及能否有效促进国有经济的发展,其起着至关重要的作用。但目前许多行政事业单位的固定资产的种类与数量的剧增,使得行政事业单位对其管理力不从心,其之前存在的问题也逐步加重起来。本文简单的论述了行政事业单位固定资产管理的问题以及笔者提出相关的建议。 The attributes of fixed assets of administrative units are non-operating state-owned assets. Its operation and management determines the normal operation of the entire institution and whether it can effectively promote the development of the state-owned economy, which plays a crucial role. However, the current surge in the types and numbers of fixed assets in many administrative institutions has made the administrative institutions less able to manage them, and the problems that existed before them have also been gradually aggravated. This article briefly discusses the administration of fixed assets management issues and the author put forward relevant proposals.
