2013年被称为“史上最难就业年”。浙江省高校毕业生达到历年之最的26.84万人,加上累积未就业和外省来浙求职的高校毕业生,总量超过40万人。与此同时,不少企业却出现“招工难”的情况,人才市场各类技能人才需求人数保持在求职人数的2倍以上。如何培养和提供充足的高技能人才,满足浙江省产业转型升级的迫切需要,成为另一个亟待解决的问题。
2013 was called “the hardest year of employment in history.” Zhejiang Province, college graduates reached the most 26.84 million over the years, together with the cumulative unemployed and other provinces to Zhejiang job seeking college graduates, with a total of more than 400,000 people. In the meantime, many enterprises have experienced the situation of “difficulty recruiting workers”, and the number of skilled workers in the talent market has remained more than double the number of job seekers. How to cultivate and provide sufficient high-skilled personnel to meet the urgent need of industrial restructuring and upgrading in Zhejiang Province has become another urgent problem to be solved.
