本文以稀土对铸钢合金结晶过程的影响为指导,通过几种不同成分的大截面用铸钢合金,在相同的铸造工艺和生产同一铸件的条件下,进行理化检测对比。在常规机械性能,拉——拉疲劳强度,断裂韧性和宏观金相等方面,加稀土的大栽面铸钢均优于其它对比钢种,尤其是大试棒自表面到心部的性能指标,特别是塑性指标,变化极为平缓,满足了某些标准提出的以大载面当量试棒作为厚壁铸钢件性能判定指标的要求。试验和生产实践充分说明稀土对减缓铸钢合金结晶过程的尺寸效应有着极为有利的影响。
