拉丝生产一般都采用酸洗除鳞,会产生大量酸洗废液,腐蚀厂房和设备,严重污染环境。冶金部建筑研究总院于1982年研制成功可以取代酸洗除鳞的YJ-1型机械除鳞机,并首先在电焊条厂使用,采用通用润滑剂、标准拉丝模进行拉丝,所生产的电焊条符合国家标准,可以有效地取代酸洗。同酸洗相比较,可节约能源和资金80%。该机的主要特点是:采用反复弯曲和喷射氧化铁皮的方法除鳞,做为喷料使用的氧化铁皮是由线材上剥落下来的。除鳞效果符合瑞典喷砂标准S_a2级。该机结构精巧,机体紧凑,操作简单,维护方便。可适用于电焊条、标准件、镀锌丝、建筑用钢丝、制钉等行业的拉丝生产。
Drawing production generally uses pickling to remove scales, which can produce a lot of pickling waste, corrode plants and equipment, and seriously pollute the environment.
