在选矿厂生产过程中需要大量的水并排出大量的尾矿,供水及尾矿处理设施是选矿厂主要能耗环节之一,其耗电量一般约占全厂总耗电量的40%左右。随着选矿工艺耗水指标的增大以及尾矿场向远距离大高差方向的发展,供水和尾矿处理设施的能耗还将进一步增大。为了提高企业的经济效果降低能耗,本文针对选矿厂供水及尾矿处理设施的节能途径提出一些看法,以供参考。
In the concentrator production process requires a lot of water and discharge a large number of tailings, water supply and tailings treatment facilities is one of the major energy processing plant, the power consumption of the plant generally accounts for about 40% of the total power consumption . With the increase of water consumption index of dressing process and the development of tailings to the direction of long distance and high altitude, the energy consumption of water supply and tailing treatment facilities will further increase. In order to improve the economic performance of enterprises to reduce energy consumption, this paper for ore dressing plant for water supply and energy-saving ways to put forward some views for reference.
