现阶段,高职英语教学中还存在教学氛围差、学习效率低、学生兴趣缺乏等问题。激励性策略在提升学生英语学习兴趣,提高整体教学成效方面具有重要的意义。本文首先对高职英语教学现状进行分析,然后对激励性教学策略实施的意义进行探讨,最后提出具体的激励性策略,供有关人员参考。
At this stage, there are still some problems in vocational English teaching, such as poor teaching atmosphere, low learning efficiency and lack of interest of students. Incentive strategies are of great significance in enhancing students’ interest in English learning and improving the overall teaching effectiveness. This article first analyzes the status quo of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, and then discusses the significance of the implementation of incentive teaching strategies, and finally puts forward specific incentive strategies for the reference of relevant personnel.
