博爱县化肥厂于1981年又用k_4锅炉改造了一台10T/hr沸腾炉,这是继1977、1979两年先后改造两台10T/hr沸腾炉以来的第三台,经过年半多的运行和初步测定,在烧灰渣加白煤(工作质低位发热量4700~5700大卡/公斤、可燃质挥发分5~5.8%、工作质灰分22.3~33.6%)热效率为75%左右,烧纯白煤热效率达80%,负荷可调范围为5~10T/hr使用可靠。3号炉比该厂1、2号炉提高热效率10%左右,每年可节约入炉原煤1200吨,价值3万多元,采用0~6窄筛分、薄料层的操作方法,鼓风机电耗比1号炉每年节电25万度左右。下面就该厂3号炉降低能耗的主要措施、在结构和运行上有哪些特点做简单要介绍:
