众所周知,在塔式起重机设计过程中,其水平臂架的吊点位置之确定,是直接影响臂架整体设计参数的关键问题。本文拟就水平臂架吊点位置的确定做一些探讨(包括上弦吊点和下弦吊点),并试图给出一般解析计算公式。同其它一些力学问题一样,用解析法解决吊点位置的选择也要对问题做必要的简化。首先,将臂架结构的实际离散型式简化为一实体的梁柱体,用三根主弦杆来表示此梁柱体的截面特性。吊点位置的确定就是在此梁柱体吊点内的稳定性与吊点外的强度“相等”的原则下进行的。
As we all know, in the design process of tower cranes, the determination of the suspension point of the horizontal boom is a key issue that directly affects the overall design parameters of the boom. This article intends to do some discussion on the determination of the horizontal jib suspension point position (including the upper hanging point and the lower string hanging point), and tried to give a general analytical calculation formula. As with some other mechanical problems, the use of analytical methods to resolve the choice of lifting point must also make the necessary simplifications. First, the actual discrete version of the jib structure is reduced to a solid beam column, and the three main chords are used to represent the section characteristics of the beam column. The determination of the lifting point position is carried out under the principle of “equal” stability between the stability of the beam and the column lifting point and the strength outside the lifting point.
