胜利油田作为国家经济支柱产业,生产所需物资总量非常巨大,而且物资品种繁多,随之产生的物流量也相当惊人。据统计年物资配送总量高达60多亿元,且呈逐年上升趋势。这些物资的合理库存量、在企业内部的流通以及企业生产所需的各种物资的储存、管理,构成了物资配送的基本内容。因此,优化物流企业内部物资配送管理,降低物资配送成本,提高物资配送效率,已成为推动物流企业健康发展的必然选择。本文将从三个方面进行阐述。
As a pillar national economy, Shengli Oilfield produces a huge amount of materials needed for its production. With a wide variety of materials, the volume of logistics it generates is also quite impressive. According to the statistics, the total amount of materials and materials delivered amounted to more than 6 billion yuan, showing an upward trend year by year.
