一、家兔实验性心肌损害模型的建立: 用异丙基肾上腺素造成动物实验性心肌损害,在发病机理上与冠心病心肌梗塞有共同之处,如用某些物理或药物疗法对其有效时,则可能对冠心病心肌梗塞的治疗有一定的意义。药物造成大白鼠实验性心肌损害,国内外已有许多报道,但大白鼠较小,不利于静脉给药及物理疗法治疗。因此,我们建立家兔实验性心肌损害的模型,进行上述工作。
