由于现代科学的进步,特别是实验室新技术和核医学诊断方法发展以来,大大丰富了肝功能试验的内容。肝脏是人体内最大的脏器。功能复染,其病理生理方面很多问题尚未明瞭。现将有关内容结合我院临床实践对常用肝功能的临床意义及新进展作一概括: 肝功能种类繁多,估计不下200余种,现分述如下: 一、肝病时的血清酶试验(一)血清转氨酶:谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)。前者催化丙氨酸及α-酮戊二酸转变为谷氨酸及丙酮酸;后者使天门冬氨酸及α-酮戊二酸转变为谷氨酸及草酰乙酸。1.肝细胞中含量及分布顺序:GPT肝>肾>心>肌肉。GOT心>肝>肌肉>肾。肝内GOT的绝对值超过GPT(7100/2850)故GOT/GPT比值约为2.5:
Due to the progress of modern science, especially the development of laboratory new technology and nuclear medicine diagnostic methods, has greatly enriched the content of liver function tests.
