目的:观察白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入术的效果。方法:对70例(72眼)白内障采用新型超声乳化仪,在表面麻醉下行白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术。观察术中超声乳化能量、超声乳化时间、切口形态、术后视力和手术并发症。结果:72眼均在表面麻醉下完成手术。平均超声能量4.56%,平均超声时间56秒。术后1天、1周及1个月时,最佳视力≥0.5的术眼分别为40眼(55.56%)、62眼(86.11%)及64眼(88.89%),术后1个月视力≥1.0者57眼(97.17%)。主要并发症:角膜水肿2眼(2.78%),虹膜反应4眼(5.56%),迟发性虹膜睫状体炎1眼(1.39%)。所有患者术中前房稳定,均无切口热损伤。结论:新型超声乳化仪行白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术,具有更好、更精确的能量控制,极大地降低了无效能量的使用和减少热量的产生,提高前房稳定性,平静而有效的超声能量使手术效果更为完善,提高了Phaco手术的效率。
Objective: To observe the effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Methods: 70 cases (72 eyes) of cataract were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation by new phacoemulsification instrument. Intraoperative phacoemulsification energy, phacoemulsification time, incision morphology, postoperative visual acuity and surgical complications were observed. Results: All the 72 eyes underwent surgery under surface anesthesia. The average ultrasonic energy 4.56%, the average ultrasonic time of 56 seconds. The best visual acuity≥0.5 were 40 eyes (55.56%), 62 eyes (86.11%) and 64 eyes (88.89%) at 1 day, 1 week and 1 month after operation respectively. The visual acuity More than 1.0 were 57 eyes (97.17%). The main complications were corneal edema in 2 eyes (2.78%), iris reaction in 4 eyes (5.56%) and delayed iridocyclitis in 1 eye (1.39%). All patients were stable intraoperative anterior chamber, no incision thermal injury. CONCLUSIONS: The new phacoemulsification instrument for cataract phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation has better and more accurate energy control, which greatly reduces the use of ineffective energy and reduces the generation of heat, improves the stability of the anterior chamber, is calm and effective Ultrasound energy to make surgery more complete, and improve the efficiency of Phaco surgery.
