大自然的因素对人体的作用,很早就被人们认识了。我國古代医学家認为小孩出生後,衣服不可穿得太暖;並且要時常見見太陽和吸收新鮮空气,否則身体容易軟弱,減低对疾病的抵抗力。因此民間有句俗話說:“若要小孩安,須帶三分飢与寒。”意思是說,如果希望小孩能生活得平平安安的,就不能給小孩吃得太多,也不能穿得太暖。在苏联很早也就注意利用大自然的因素来鍛鍊兒童的体格。民間有句俗語說:“太陽少的地方,找医生的机会就多。”又說:“太陽贈給人的生命。”这兩句話說明了太陽对人類的健康
The factors of nature on the human body has long been known. Ancient Chinese medical scientists believe that after the birth of a child, the clothes should not be worn too warm; and often see the sun and absorb fresh air, otherwise the body vulnerable to weakness, reduce the resistance of the disease. Therefore, there is a saying in folk saying, “If you want your child to be safe, you should bring about three hunger and cold.” This means that if you want children to live peacefully, you should not eat too much or wear too much warm. Early in the Soviet Union also paid attention to the use of nature as a factor for the physical fitness of children. Folk saying goes: “There are few opportunities in the sun to find a doctor,” and said: “The sun gives the life of a human being.” These two sentences illustrate the health of the human sun
